LeilahRose is more than a brand — it’s a promise, a purpose, and a love story.
The name comes from my daughter, Leilah, who is the heartbeat behind everything I create. Becoming her mother inspired me to see the world with new eyes — and to reflect on all the life tools I wish I had learned earlier: how to understand my emotions, connect with my inner self, and grow with grace.
The “Rose” symbolizes growth, transformation, and the beauty that unfolds when we nurture what’s inside. Just like a rose opens petal by petal, children bloom when we give them the tools to understand who they are and what they feel.
Through LeilahRose, we create stories, activities, and tools that help children grow strong from the inside out — with mindfulness, kindness, resilience, and joy.
This brand is a love letter to my daughter, and to every child finding their way in the world. 💛

Hello, I’m Sahar — founder of LeilahRose, mother, creator, and lifelong learner with a heart rooted in growth.
This company was born from my own journey through emotional hardship and healing. Before becoming a mom, I quietly navigated years of depression, only discovering tools like mindfulness, gratitude, and emotional self-awareness much later in life — tools I wish I had known earlier.
When my daughter was born, everything changed. I didn’t want her to chase perfection — I wanted her to grow up with emotional strength, the language of gratitude, and the confidence to face life with resilience and grace.
That desire became the seed for LeilahRose.
Then, after surviving a life-threatening medical experience, I made a quiet promise: to live with purpose and create something meaningful for others.
With LeilahRose, I bring together my professional background in project management and my love for storytelling and emotional wellness to help children grow strong from the inside out.
This brand is my way of planting seeds of self-worth, mindfulness, and joy — for my daughter, and for every child learning to understand their emotions and embrace who they are.
